Pioneer Basement Solutions provides basement waterproofing and foundation repair services. They deliver tailored solutions to safeguard homes in Northeast Ohio.

What customers say

Providing honest assessments without the sales pressure typical of large TV-advertised chains, this team delivers comprehensive indoor waterproofing and external wall sealing. Technicians utilize detailed drawings and phased communication to handle labor-intensive trenching, sump pump installs, and concrete removal while keeping upstairs living areas undisturbed. The crew maintains meticulous cleanliness, hauling debris by bucket to protect flooring and minimize dust throughout the multi-day process.
